به گزارش روابط عمومی سازمان فرهنگ و ارتباطات اسلامی، در این بیانیه آمده است: ما امضاکنندگان جمعی از وکلاء، قضات و اعضای جامعه حقوقی جمهوری اسلامی پاکستان، پس از بررسی دقیق متن بیانیه ارائه‌شده در سی‌ونهمین نشست ویژه شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد در خصوص وضعیت حقوق بشر در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بدین‌وسیله دیدگاه‌های حقوقی خود را اعلام می‌نماییم.

ما اعلام می‌داریم که بیانیه مذکور بازتاب‌دهنده ارزش‌های بنیادین حقوق بین‌الملل، از جمله احترام به نظم و امنیت عمومی کشورها، استقلال قوه قضائیه، حاکمیت دولت‌ها و حاکمیت قانون نیست.

ما اذعان داریم که حفظ نظم و امنیت عمومی کشورها همواره باید در صدور بیانیه‌های حقوق بشری بین‌المللی لحاظ شود؛ صلح پایدار و حمایت مؤثر از حقوق بشر از طریق گفت‌وگو، قانون‌مداری و احترام به حاکمیت ملی کشورها تحقق می‌یابد؛ تحریم‌های یک‌جانبه، اقدامات نظامی و مداخلات خارجی اغلب موجب تشدید رنج‌های انسانی شده و تحقق کامل حقوق بشر را تضعیف می‌نماید.

ما حق و مسئولیت دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران را برای حکمرانی در چارچوب قانون اساسی این کشور و تعهدات حقوقی بین‌المللی مربوطه، عاری از هرگونه فشار خارجی و مداخله غیرقانونی بیگانگان را به رسمیت می‌شناسیم.

با امضای این اعلامیه، ما حمایت خود را از محتوای بیانیه مخالفت آقای منیب احمد نماینده دولت فدرال پاکستان از مصوبه ناعادلانه سی و نهمین نشست ویژه شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد در خصوص وضعیت حقوق بشر در ایران اعلام می‌کنیم و حمایت خویش را از جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مردم و رهبری قانونی آن و تلاش‌های آنان برای بازگرداندن آرامش، حفظ نظم عمومی و اجرای دادرسی عادلانه اعلام نموده و تعهد جمعی خود را به حاکمیت نظم و قانون، حفظ استقلال ملی ایران و حل‌وفصل مسالمت‌آمیز اختلافات مجدداً مورد تأیید قرار می‌دهیم.

Joint Legal Statement by 1,740 Pakistani Lawyers and Legal Experts Condemning the Unjust Resolution of the 39th Special Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council on IranWe, the undersigned being a group of advocates, judges, and members of the legal community of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan having reviewed the text of the statement delivered at the 39th Special Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council concerning the human rights situation in the Islamic Republic of Iran, hereby set forth our legal views.We state that the aforementioned statement does not reflect the fundamental values of international law, including respect for public order and security of States, judicial independence, State sovereignty, and the rule of law.We acknowledge that:• The preservation of public order and security of States must always be taken into account in the issuance of international human rights statements;• Sustainable peace and effective protection of human rights are achieved through dialogue, adherence to the rule of law, and respect for national sovereignty;• Unilateral sanctions, military actions, and foreign interference often lead to the aggravation of human suffering and undermine the full realization of human rights;• We recognize the right and responsibility of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to govern within the framework of its Constitution and relevant international legal obligations, free from any external pressure and unlawful foreign interference;• By signing this declaration, we express our support for the content of the statement of opposition delivered by Mr. Muneeb Ahmed, Representative of the Federal Government of Pakistan, against the unjust resolution adopted at the 39th Special Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council concerning the human rights situation in Iran, and we declare our support for the Islamic Republic of Iran, its people, and its lawful leadership, as well as for their efforts to restore calm, maintain public order, and uphold due process of law. We further reaffirm our collective commitment to the rule of law, the preservation of Iran’s national independence, and the peaceful settlement of disputes
